Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Fierce Grace.

Each Reachbook, journal, and guide in our collection is created with deep care, intention, and purpose. Because we use print-on-demand fulfillment, each order is printed especially for you.

Here’s what to expect:

Printed Products (Reachbooks, Journals, & Books)

All printed items are custom printed to order, which means:

  • Returns and refunds are not available for:
    • Ordering the wrong title or quantity
    • A change of heart or preference
  • We will gladly replace your order if:
    • It arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
    • The wrong item was sent

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will work with our printing partner to send a free replacement.

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all downloads and printable materials are final sale and non-refundable once accessed.
