This is our refunds and return policy. At Fierce Grace, every Reachbook, journal, and guided companion is crafted with soul. Because we use print-on-demand fulfillment, each item is made just for you—intentionally, beautifully, and individually. As such, we ask for understanding in how we handle returns and refunds.

Refunds and Return policy for Printed Products (Reachbooks, Journals, & Books)

All printed items are custom printed to order, which means:

  • We are not able to offer refunds for:
    • Choosing the wrong title or quantity
    • A change of mind or personal preference
  • We will happily replace your item if:
    • It arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
    • The wrong item was sent

If your printed order arrives and something isn’t right, reach out within 10 days of delivery. Just include a photo and brief description of the issue, and we’ll work with our printing partner to send a replacement.

Refunds and Returns Policy: Because digital products are instantly accessible and non-returnable, all sales of downloads and printable materials are final.

Can I return a printed book, journal, or Reachbook?

All printed items are custom printed to order, so returns are not available for changes of heart, incorrect title, or quantity. However, we’ll gladly replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us at hello@fiercegracemovement.org within 10 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll work with our printing partner to send a free replacement.

Are digital products refundable?

No, all digital downloads and printable materials are final sale and non-refundable once accessed.
